Our Story
After a successful 12 year run providing contract therapy to Indiana facilities through Rehab Strategies, Ron and Jamey (both physical therapists)decided to expand their healthcare footprint and purchase their own facilities in 2018. They felt if they could provide their exceptional customer service, outcomes and culture throughout all departments of a facility, they would truly have a healthcare company that would lead the field. Their first facility was Brookside Care Strategies in Muncie, Indiana. After establishing Brookside, remodeling the common areas and building a team that embraces their culture, it was time to expand and bring Cardinal Care Strategies into the fold in 2020. Again, they built a team and established a culture and became a premiere short term rehab facility. At this point our vision of, “Being the preferred place to live and work” was really coming to fruition. Care Strategies was now becoming the Indiana nursing home company of Hoosiers Helping Hoosiers. In 2021, they added Poplar Care Strategies, another premiere short term rehab facility and Sycamore Care Strategies, a long term and down home type facility both located in Loogootee, Indiana.
Within 6 months Gentle Care Strategies in Vincennes, Indiana would join the family after the former owners sought out an Indiana company that not only would take care of their residents but their employees as well.
Today with our 5 facilities and over 400 employees we are living our vision and slogan. We are “The preferred place to live and work” and we are Hoosiers Helping Hoosiers!

Need Financial Assistance?
Our facilities accept new residents with Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem, United, Humana and some VA benefits along with Private Pay. We are also happy to help you qualify for Medicaid if you need assistance. We accept new residents 365 days a year! Give us a call at any of the numbers above for more information.
